Old and obsolete panels replaced, conventional systems upgraded to addressable, and systems brought into line with the building as it is used now. From £1,200 + VAT, with a free survey and a fixed quote.
Name and number are all we need to arrange a call back and a free survey.
A free site survey comes first, then a fixed written quotation. Larger buildings are priced per device.
Fire alarm systems do not last forever. Parts stop being made, faults get more frequent, the building changes around the system, and at some point keeping it going costs more than replacing it.
We survey the existing system, test the wiring and tell you honestly whether to repair, upgrade or replace. Where the cabling is sound we can often reuse it and replace the panel and devices, which saves time and disruption. Larger upgrades can be staged across more than one budget, with a fixed price for each stage.

If the system can be repaired, we say so. Replacement is recommended only when parts, faults or the building make it the better choice.
Reusing sound cabling means less work in occupied rooms and a shorter job. We test the wiring before relying on it.
Panel first, devices floor by floor, or whatever order suits the building and your budget, each stage at a fixed price.
Design, installation and commissioning certificates at handover, and a service schedule from day one.
The usual signs are a panel the manufacturer no longer supports, faults that keep coming back, false alarms that cannot be designed out, detectors that are no longer the right type for how rooms are used, and a building that has been extended or split since the system went in. Many systems reach this point after fifteen to twenty years, though some last longer and some much less.
New and replacement systems start from £1,200 + VAT for a small building. Larger buildings are priced per device after a free survey, with a fixed written quotation.
In larger buildings an addressable system shows the exact device in alarm or fault, which speeds up the response to a fire and makes faults far quicker to find. Upgrading usually means a new panel and new devices, often on the existing cable if it is suitable.
There is no fixed life. Many systems run for fifteen to twenty years before parts, faults or changes to the building make replacement the better choice. Regular servicing tells you where yours stands.
Often, yes, if the cable is the right type and tests sound. We test it first and only reuse it if it is fit for the new system.
In larger buildings, usually. Addressable systems pinpoint the exact device, cut search time in a fire and make faults quicker to fix. In small buildings a conventional system is often still the sensible choice.
Yes. We can plan the work over more than one budget, keeping the building protected throughout, with a fixed price for each stage.
