Security Red Alert is a privately owned company providing security and fire safety services. We are registered in England and Wales with our registered office at Security House, Summerstown, London, SW17 0BQ.

3. Our Services

We provide a range of security and fire safety services including but not limited to:

• CCTV installation and monitoring
• Intruder alarm systems
• Fire alarm installation and maintenance
• Access control systems
• Fire extinguisher supply and servicing
• Electrical works
• Facility management

4. Quotations and Pricing

4.1 All quotations provided by Security Red Alert are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at the current rate where applicable.

4.3 We reserve the right to adjust prices if site conditions differ from those anticipated during the survey.

4.4 A deposit may be required before work commences, as specified in your individual quotation.

5. Installation and Works

5.1 All installations will be carried out in accordance with relevant British Standards and industry best practices.

5.2 The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access to the property and a safe working environment for our engineers.

5.3 Any damage to existing fixtures, fittings, or decoration during installation will be made good to a reasonable standard.

5.4 Completion dates are estimates only and Security Red Alert shall not be liable for any delay beyond our reasonable control.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

6.1 All equipment supplied is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, details of which will be provided upon installation.

6.2 Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of installation.

6.3 Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, or acts of God.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7.2 We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cheque.

7.3 Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

8. Cancellation

8.1 Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

8.2 For domestic customers, you have the right to cancel a contract within 14 days of signing under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8.3 Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been ordered.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from the use of our services.

9.3 Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the contract for services provided.
