Panel faults, beeping, false alarms, failed detectors and sounders put right on any make of fire alarm, conventional, addressable or wireless, with a fixed price before any work.
Name and number are all we need to arrange a call back and a free survey.
A free site survey comes first, then a fixed written quotation. Larger buildings are priced per device.
A fire alarm in fault may not work in part of the building, a system that keeps false alarming gets ignored, and a panel that beeps all night gets switched off. All three leave people less safe than they think.
Our engineers find the cause, not just the symptom. We read the panel's event log, test the circuits and devices, and tell you plainly what has gone wrong and what it costs to put right. Small faults are often fixed on the first visit; anything larger is quoted at a fixed price first. We repair systems installed by any company.

We read the event log and test the circuit, so the fault is fixed rather than silenced until next week.
Conventional, addressable and wireless systems from the common manufacturers, whoever installed them.
You know the cost before we do anything beyond finding the fault. No open-ended bills.
Once it is working, we can service it every six months so faults are found before they cause a problem.
Read the panel display and write down the exact message, including any zone or device number. Silence the buzzer at user level, check the logbook and whether anyone has been working near a detector, and make sure the fire alarm isolator has not been switched off. That information helps us bring the right parts. Our guide to fire alarm panel fault messages explains the common ones.
Do not disable zones or devices to make a fault go away: a disabled zone is part of the building with no fire detection.
Most false alarms come from a few devices: smoke detectors near kitchens, showers and dusty work areas, and call points that get knocked. We find them from the panel history and fix the cause, usually by changing the detector type or position, and record the change for your fire risk assessment.
The building is not on fire, but part of the system may not work. Silence the buzzer, note the message, record it in the logbook and get it looked at promptly. If a zone is out of action, the fire risk assessment may require extra measures until it is fixed.
Yes. We repair conventional, addressable and wireless systems from the common manufacturers, whoever installed them.
It depends on the fault. We find the cause first and give you a fixed price before any repair work. Customers on a servicing contract have faults dealt with as part of their schedule.
Usually. Most come from a few devices in the wrong place or of the wrong type. We find them from the panel history, change or move them and record the change.
Often, if compatible parts exist. If they do not, we explain the options, from a replacement panel that reuses the wiring to a staged upgrade, with a fixed price for each.
Tell us about the building and we will call you back to book a free, no-obligation survey. You get a fixed written quote after every visit.
