Design, installation, commissioning and servicing of addressable fire alarm systems for larger buildings across London, with every device identified on the panel.
Name and number are all we need to arrange a call back and a free survey.
A free site survey comes first, then a fixed written quotation. Larger buildings are priced per device.
In an addressable system each detector, call point and sounder has its own address on a wiring loop, so the panel shows exactly which device has gone into alarm or fault. In a large building that is the difference between going straight to the fire and searching a whole floor.
We design addressable systems to BS 5839-1 for offices, blocks of flats, schools, hotels, care homes, student accommodation and warehouses, install and commission them, programme the cause and effect to your fire strategy, and service them every six months with the emergency lighting tested on the same visit.

The panel names the device and its location, so staff and the fire service know where to go.
A faulty device is identified straight away, so repairs take minutes of searching, not hours.
Analogue detectors report their readings to the panel, which can tell a dirty detector from a fire and warn before it false alarms.
Phased evacuation, staff alarms, door releases and smoke vents are programmed to do exactly what the fire strategy says.
Addressable systems suit larger buildings and any building where finding the fire quickly matters: blocks of flats, offices over several floors, schools, hotels, care homes and warehouses. In a small shop or office a conventional zoned system is often enough, and we will say so.
Systems are priced per device after a free survey, with a fixed written quotation. New systems start from £1,200 + VAT for a small building.
Servicing is from £240 + VAT a visit, every six months, with a planned share of the devices tested each visit so every one is covered across the year. We check the analogue values of detectors, clean or replace those that are drifting and test every interface. The emergency lighting test is £150 + VAT on the same visit.
A conventional system groups devices into zones and tells you which zone is in alarm. An addressable system gives each device its own address, so the panel tells you exactly which device and where.
The equipment usually costs more per device, but on larger buildings the loop wiring can be quicker to install, and faster fault finding saves money over the life of the system. We price both options when either would suit.
Yes. We service the common addressable panel makes, whoever installed them, provided we can access the panel at engineer level.
From £240 + VAT a visit, every six months, with the certificate on the day. Emergency lighting testing is £150 + VAT on the same visit.
Yes. It usually means a new panel and devices, often on the existing cable if it is suitable. We test the wiring first and give a fixed price.
Tell us about the building and we will call you back to book a free, no-obligation survey. You get a fixed written quote after every visit.
